Description

Lead the architecture and deployment of Generative AI solutions, building multi-agent systems and integrating Large Language Models into enterprise ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using LangChain, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration systems with advanced agent memory and reasoning capabilities.
• Optimize LLM performance through prompt engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Architect robust pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP to support AI model deployment.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing digital products using RAG techniques.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering and Data Science.
• Expert proficiency in Python programming and backend integration.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (GPT, Claude) and Generative AI.
• Proven experience with orchestration tools and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen).
• Strong foundation in AI/ML life cycles and RAG architectures.
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate).
• Knowledge of MLOps for automating model deployments.
