Description

Lead the architecture and deployment of Generative AI solutions, building scalable agents and integrating Large Language Models into enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using LangChain, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration systems with advanced memory and reasoning capabilities.
• Optimize Large Language Model performance through prompt engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Architect robust deployment pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing digital products alongside cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Data Science.
• Expert proficiency in Python programming and backend integration.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (GPT, Claude) and Agentic Orchestration.
• Strong foundation in AI and machine learning lifecycle management.
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
• Knowledge of MLOps for automating model deployments.
• Proficiency in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Skills

• Relevant industry certifications in Artificial Intelligence or Cloud Architecture.
