Description

You will design and build conversational AI solutions, integrating LLMs and modern software patterns into production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native software solutions using GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and scalable software architectures.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications, including prompt engineering and RAG.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver complex requirements.
• Ensure robustness through LLM evaluation, guardrails, observability, and A/B testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• 8+ years of experience in modern languages (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL).
• 8+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of conversational AI technologies (LLMs, STT/TTS, NLU/NLP).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow, Lex, Rasa, Genesys, NICE, Twilio).
• Experience developing voice and text chatbots at scale, including dialog design.
