About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with deep expertise in Python and Databricks to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building data pipelines, training models, and deploying them in production environments using modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models at scale
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake)
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient Python code for data processing and ML workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in distributed environments
• Integrate ML models into production systems and APIs

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and big data technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PySpark)
• Hands-on experience with Databricks platform
• Solid understanding of Apache Spark and distributed computing
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
• Experience with Delta Lake, data lakes, and ETL processes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI
• Knowledge of MLflow and experiment tracking
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Experience in real-time data processing and streaming (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming)
