Description

Own the technical execution of AI-native products and lead a team of 6–8 engineers and interns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 6–8 engineers and interns across full-stack and AI workstreams.
• Architect and ship production systems using LLMs, autonomous agents, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Debug agent behavior, tune prompts, optimize inference pipelines, and make critical architectural decisions.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and development workflows to ensure engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership and customers to define the technical roadmap and translate problems into strategies.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of engineering experience, with a Bachelor of Technology degree.
• Deep understanding of LLM internals: tokenization, context windows, RAG, tool use, and chain-of-thought.
• Proficiency in Python and full-stack development (frontend and backend).
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-native products from prototype to production.
