Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI-enabled product features and solutions.

Build and maintain AI applications, including intelligent agents, natural language interfaces, RAG solutions, and data-driven insights platforms.

Implement and optimize AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.

Evaluate, deploy, and promote AI-powered developer tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and automation across the SDLC.

Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and provide mentorship to engineering teams on AI development best practices and standards.

Monitor and support production AI services, including performance, reliability, cost optimization, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of MLOps processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical discipline; master’s degree preferred.

8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML-powered applications in production environments.

Proven expertise with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, LangChain/LangGraph, prompt engineering, and AI service integrations.

Strong experience leading technical delivery, mentoring engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and supporting MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production AI operations
