Description

Lead the design, development, and production deployment of AI-enabled product features and intelligent agent solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI applications, including RAG solutions, natural language interfaces, and data-driven insight platforms.
• Implement and optimize AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Deploy and promote AI-powered developer tools to enhance engineering productivity, code quality, and SDLC automation.
• Conduct technical and code reviews while mentoring engineering teams on AI development best practices and MLOps standards.
• Monitor production AI services for performance, reliability, and cost optimization, resolving incidents and improving MLOps processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years designing and deploying AI/ML applications in production.
• Deep expertise with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and prompt engineering.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices for production AI operations.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery and support engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
