Lead the architecture and delivery of complex multi-agent Generative AI systems while driving the engineering team’s technical roadmap.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable GenAI applications using multi-agent systems and LLM techniques.
• Drive the engineering team toward a defined technical roadmap and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Implement AI observability and evaluation pipelines using tools like LangSmith or Langfuse.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) to accelerate development cycles.
• Collaborate effectively with business subject matter experts to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering and building large-scale systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, specifically multi-agent architectures.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong experience with LangGraph for building agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying GenAI applications.
• Experience with CI/CD practices for AI/ML workloads.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated expertise with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Familiarity with AI observability platforms like LangSmith or Langfuse.
