Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple AI/GenAI engineering initiatives.
• Provide technical and delivery leadership across AI transformation programs.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define AI strategy, roadmap, priorities, and execution plans.
• Lead engineering teams building and implementing AI-powered solutions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent AI projects and ensure successful delivery.
• Work with architects and engineers on AI solution design, integration, deployment, and scalability.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain AI governance, responsible-AI practices, security, and compliance standards.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, ceremonies, planning, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data, cloud, engineering, cybersecurity, product, and business functions.
• Help evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for enterprise adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technology delivery, technical program management, or related areas.
• 3+ years of experience leading AI/GenAI initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI / Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform is highly desirable.
• Strong experience managing complex technology programs involving multiple teams.
• Proven ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, security, risk, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills.
• Financial-services / insurance industry experience is a strong plus
