Description

You will serve as a technical expert focused on solving complex technical blockers and guiding the implementation of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide internal and external developers to remove technical dependencies and impediments during product development.
• Analyze technical requirements to propose and design AI-based solutions and algorithms.
• Investigate and resolve technical challenges faced by development teams during AI implementation.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members on AI best practices.
• Support Product Owners with technical planning and defining enablers for the product backlog.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in the field of AI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in R.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and PI planning.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams in a software product development environment.
