Description

 Lead a pod of eight engineers: own technical execution, sprint delivery and code quality.

• Operate the spec-driven development workflow end to end — specification, plan, task breakdown, generation, validation and review.
• Act as merge authority; critically review AI-generated code against standards, security and coverage thresholds.
• Coach engineers on specification authoring, agent steering and output verification.
• Contribute reusable prompts, patterns and context assets to the project knowledge layer.
• Own test-first discipline within the pod and ensure automated coverage gates are met.

Experience & Expertise

• 10–14 years in software engineering with 3+ years leading development teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Full-Stack .NET, React and TypeScript, working knowledge of Kafka.
• Demonstrable experience using AI coding assistants on live projects — not evaluation or pilot exposure.
• Microservices, REST API design and cloud-native delivery on Azure or AWS with mature CI/CD.
• Strong test automation practice across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers.
• Ability to coach and raise the technical bar across a team
