Description

You build and implement AI-based proofs of concept to support organizational adoption of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quick and effective AI-based proof of concepts.
• Enhance and extend Copilot capabilities with custom agents for specific organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (HR, legal, finance, quality, software development) to define and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Stay current on advancements in cloud-based AI and agent-based solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions and results clearly to various stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer focusing on AI and cloud solutions.
• Demonstrable experience with Azure AI and Azure Foundry.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Understanding of how to customize and extend AI models and services, including Copilot.
• Experience spanning multiple organizational domains (HR, legal, finance, quality, software development).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with relevant development frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps and agile development practices.
