Description

You will build full-stack applications and lead AI integration projects using React, Python, and Azure. You will mentor junior engineers, define solution architectures, and manage project delivery for global teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications using React for the front end and Python for the back end.
• Implement and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring robust access control and mitigation of hallucinations.
• Lead engineering projects from requirement gathering to deployment, managing diverse data sources and existing tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and act as a solution architect for complex integrations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate with distributed engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Practical experience implementing LLMs and Agentic AI patterns.
• Understanding of LLM limitations, specifically hallucination mitigation and access control.
• Ability to lead projects and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with Jira for project management.

Preferred Skills

• Solution architecture experience.
• Background in integrating third-party AI tools.
