Description

Design and build scalable, secure, cloud-native applications for healthcare payer operations, integrating AI capabilities and modern fullstack engineering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate healthcare business workflows into technical solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, and data platforms.
• Develop production-grade software using .NET, Python, and microservices, ensuring engineering best practices.
• Implement AI/LLM features, including RAG and intelligent agents, to automate operations and improve productivity.
• Drive cloud engineering and DevOps efforts in Azure, managing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and Kubernetes.
• Mentor teams on architecture standards, coding practices, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack engineering with .NET/C# and Python.
• Strong proficiency with ReactJS for modern frontend development.
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, GenAI, and RAG implementation.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud Architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) and payer domain workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare EDI (HIPAA X12) and claims processing.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and intelligent automation.
