Description

You will own the complete solution lifecycle for scalable, secure, cloud-native applications across frontend, backend, APIs, and AI capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise solution architecture and build end-to-end applications using .NET, Python, and modern frameworks.
• Drive cloud engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and operational excellence on Azure.
• Leverage AI/LLMs, intelligent agents, and RAG to improve healthcare operations and engineering productivity.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish standards for coding practices, security, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack engineering with C#/.NET and Python.
• Strong expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud Architecture, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM solution design, Generative AI, and RAG patterns.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards like HL7/FHIR is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in healthcare payer/provider operations (Claims, Eligibility, Prior Auth).
• Experience with HIPAA X12 Transactions and healthcare data exchange patterns.
