Description

You will design and build scalable, secure, cloud-native applications for healthcare payer operations, owning the complete solution lifecycle from discovery to production support. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business workflows into technical solutions using .NET, Python, microservices, and AI capabilities.
• Drive cloud engineering, DevOps, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code on Azure.
• Implement intelligent agents, LLMs, and RAG patterns to enhance engineering productivity and business outcomes.
• Architect end-to-end applications covering frontend, backend, APIs, and data platforms.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish coding standards and architectural best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience with .NET/C# and Python.
• Strong expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Practical implementation of AI/LLM solutions, including RAG and generative AI applications.
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer domains, including claims processing, eligibility, and HIPAA X12 transactions.
• Experience with HL7/FHIR standards and healthcare data exchange patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with intelligent automation and agentic AI workflows.
• Background in modern frontend frameworks and infrastructure security engineering.
