Description

Build, deploy, and operate GenAI-powered tools that accelerate network troubleshooting, including triage assistants, KPI summaries, anomaly detection, and recommended next actions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines covering document preparation, embeddings, vector search with re-ranking, grounding, and citation strategies.
• Productionize models and prompts using CI/CD, automated tests, canary/A–B releases, and defining SLOs for accuracy, grounding, latency, and cost.
• Implement evaluation and continuous monitoring harnesses, including offline/online eval, golden sets, and prompt/knowledge drift detection.
• Integrate solutions with internal systems like alarms, ticketing platforms, and topology APIs to support detection through remediation.
• Collaborate with data engineering and RAN SMEs to move use cases from discovery to production based on measurable impact.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or applied data science delivering production-grade solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with mastery over large-scale telemetry/time-series data transformations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services for data/AI, specifically Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Services/Azure OpenAI.
• Deep understanding of GenAI patterns: RAG (chunking, embeddings, vector stores like Azure AI Search), prompt design (few-shot, structured output), and function calling.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices including CI/CD for pipelines, model versioning, and drift monitoring.
• Knowledge of core RAN and mobility concepts (4G/5G, handover, SINR, etc.) and translating network issues to KPIs.
• Experience with Git, Data Engineering principles, and Automated Testing.
• Familiarity with core data processing tools like Spark and Databricks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building internal assistants/copilots grounded with traceable evidence and citations.
• Experience with agentic workflows and orchestration using function/tool calling.
