Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven agents using LLM platforms and orchestration frameworks to automate complex workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable agent architectures using Python and agent-based frameworks.
• Integrate AI/GenAI solutions with APIs and backend systems to enable intelligent decision-making.
• Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance AI agent reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with focus on Generative AI.
• Strong expertise in Python.
• Proven experience building AI agents using orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and backend systems.
• Experience deploying scalable intelligent automation workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
