Develop and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure responsible AI usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned with enterprise goals.
• Define governance roles, responsibilities, and decision rights for AI initiatives.
• Create AI risk and control libraries aligned to enterprise governance structures.
• Design governance workflows, templates, and reusable artifacts for consistent implementation.
• Assess AI governance maturity and identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI governance framework and policy development.
• Proven expertise in AI risk management and control design.
• Strong background in governance operating model and process design.
• Experience creating governance metrics, KRIs, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to define AI inventory, approval, and governance processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting implementation of governance processes within AI Governance Workbench.
