Description

You will lead the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure ethical and compliant AI adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and associated standards in collaboration with customers.
• Interpret new government legislation and Executive Orders regarding AI to guide policy implementation.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases by evaluating feasibility, potential benefits, and ethical considerations.
• Translate complex risk and governance concepts into clear language for cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Maintain and refine AI Governance Framework process and procedure documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with the full system development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Science.
• Proven experience in organizational process development, governance, or compliance.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI principles, fairness metrics, and bias detection techniques.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, frameworks, and the societal implications of machine learning.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and oversight mechanisms for AI risks.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI, Data Science, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment across technical and business teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or a quantitative discipline.
• Professional certification or training in AI ethics or related fields.
