Architect and maintain the organization's AI skill catalogue, retrieval frameworks, and agentic workflows to ensure reliable, grounded AI outputs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in agentic entity sets, including tool calls, connectors, APIs, and native integrations.
• Architect retrieval frameworks that ground AI outputs in verified, properly attributed organizational data.
• Own the canonical AI skill catalogue as a quality-assured library of tools and integrations.
• Set contribution standards, version control, and deprecation policies for AI skill management.
• Deliver proof-of-concept reference implementations demonstrating best practices in design and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or System Architecture.
• Deep practical understanding of Large Language Models and agentic AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience building AI skills, workflows, and RAG systems.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration.
• Experience curating shared tool libraries or defining platform standards.
• Familiarity with knowledge management and metadata management principles.
• Ability to apply strategic value tests to ensure skills encode proprietary organizational workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling mechanisms, and connector protocols.
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration in product planning and driving cultural change for AI adoption.
