Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI solutions for financial services clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable AI/GenAI solutions using cloud platforms.
• Drive customer-facing discussions, presentations, and technical solutioning for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI strategies into financial services workflows.
• Apply ML/NLP, RAG, and Agentic AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Manage AI initiatives and ensure successful deployment in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including at least 10 years in financial services (insurance preferred).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI/GenAI solutions.
• Deep understanding of ML/NLP, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Multimodal data processing.
• Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks and implementation.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
