Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-based solutions using machine learning and Natural Language Processing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven applications leveraging machine learning and NLP.
• Deploy generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Implement advanced techniques including RAG, fine-tuning, and multi-stage reasoning.
• Manage model governance using Nemo Guardrails.
• Execute text-to-SQL conversion workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application development and product delivery.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with LangChain.
• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning.
• Experience with Multi-Stage Reasoning and Mixture of Experts (MoE) models.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering methodologies.
• Familiarity with vector databases and Azure AI Search.
• Experience with SQL.
