Description

You will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions, focusing on Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to transform business data utilization. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable AI systems and intelligent software solutions.
• Implement and optimize Large Language Models and RAG pipelines in production.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define technical strategy.
• Perform model optimization and improve production AI system performance.
• Mentor team members and guide architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and systems architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering.
• Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
• Proven track record in Machine Learning and RAG system design.
• Experience managing production AI systems at scale.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model optimization techniques for complex AI challenges.
• Background in designing scalable AI-powered application development.
