Lead AI/ML engineering initiatives, focusing on prompt engineering, RAG, and LLMs to deliver data analytics solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI and machine learning engineering initiatives.
• Design and implement RAG architectures and LLM integrations.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve business outcomes.
• Drive software development projects within the data science domain.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in Prompt Engineering and RAG patterns.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Large Language Models.
• Solid background in Data Analytics and working with large datasets.
• Competent in Software Development and engineering best practices.
• Experience leading technical initiatives in a development team.
