Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions that transform business data utilization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to build scalable AI capabilities.
• Make architectural decisions and perform model optimization for AI systems in production.
• Mentor team members and help shape overall AI strategies for the organization.
• Improve production AI systems and explore approaches to solve complex challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on technical development and architectural decision-making experience.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Large Language Models.
• Strong foundation in AI Systems Architecture.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Experience in scalable AI system design and production AI system management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model optimization techniques for AI applications.
• Background in building next-generation intelligent software solutions.
