Description

You will design and deliver scalable AI and GenAI systems, owning the path from proof-of-concept to production-grade systems used across multiple teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for complex, ambiguous problems where requirements and success criteria evolve.
• Make architectural trade-offs across model selection, retrieval strategies, cost, latency, and scalability.
• Ensure robustness, observability, and optimization of AI systems in real-world environments.
• Deliver end-to-end AI solutions from design through production.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in applied AI/GenAI engineering.
• Proven experience building production GenAI capabilities.
• Experience designing agent workflows and orchestration patterns (Agentic AI).
• LLM development experience, including prompt/response handling and system integration.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including retrieval, grounding, and generation pipelines.
