Description

You will lead the full lifecycle of Agentic AI solution development, from design through deployment and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select AI/ML models and frameworks based on project needs.
• Develop and implement testing strategies to assess model performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Monitor and fine-tune deployed models for optimal production performance.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and ethical standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years leading AI/ML solution development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI systems and their applications.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with model evaluation, testing, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with MLOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
