You will lead the design and development of scalable, secure AI-powered applications and enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI architecture for scalability and performance.
• Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model interactions and outputs.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Search into enterprise workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile development, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Expertise in at least one programming language: Python, C, C++, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in developing generative AI and NLP models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies for AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, and M365 Declarative Agent.
• Prior experience leading AI/ML teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud-based AI solutions and machine learning platforms.
