Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of scalable agentic AI frameworks and generative AI solutions for banking use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end architecture and hands-on coding of enterprise-scale AI projects.
• Build full-stack applications integrating ML/LLM tools into production-grade AI solutions.
• Champion MVP-first approach with rapid iterations, hypothesis testing, and A/B experiments.
• Design rigorous metrics and evaluation strategies for AI agent performance and optimization.
• Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCPs) and latest agentic frameworks into systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years software engineering with strong hands-on coding track record.
• 3+ years dedicated experience in AI, prompt engineering, and generative/agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Containerization and orchestration skills using Docker and Kubernetes.
• API development and integration experience.

Preferred Skills

• Full-stack development with Angular, React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
• Familiarity with Google ADK, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and N8N.
