Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI agents and autonomous workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents using LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, and LLaMA.
• Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and user interfaces via function calling.
• Build autonomous workflows for RAG, document processing, and decision making.
• Develop model and network architectures for computer vision problems.
• Own new feature development, bug fixes, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate technical progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for developing DL/ML models.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Expertise in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and autonomous reasoning agents.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and standard DL libraries.
• Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone and embedding models.
• Deep understanding of CNN, LSTM, FCN, classification, regression, and clustering.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker or Kubernetes.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• C++/C#/.Net programming skills.
• Experience with version control, scripting, and bug tracking tools.
