Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions focused on Provider Workflow Modernization within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning technologies, and healthcare provider operations. This role will lead the modernization of provider-facing processes through intelligent automation, generative AI, and data-driven decision-making solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of AI/GenAI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Drive provider workflow transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, provider experience, and care delivery outcomes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, provider operations teams, product owners, and engineering teams to identify AI use cases and modernization opportunities.
Design and implement AI/ML models, Generative AI applications, intelligent automation, and decision-support systems.
Leverage GCP services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions to build scalable AI solutions.
Develop AI-driven solutions for provider onboarding, credentialing, prior authorization, claims support, provider data management, and care management workflows.
Lead technical teams and provide guidance on AI best practices, architecture standards, and deployment strategies.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and security requirements.
Define AI governance frameworks, model monitoring strategies, and responsible AI practices.
Partner with enterprise architects and cloud engineering teams to establish scalable AI platforms and reusable frameworks.
Mentor and guide data scientists, AI engineers, and cloud engineers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years leading AI/ML initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Expertise in Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions.
Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations and workflows.
Experience working with healthcare provider organizations, payer-provider integrations, or provider enablement platforms.
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and related technologies.
Experience designing scalable, production-grade AI solutions
