Description

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Security, Architecture, and Business teams to identify and deliver high-value AI opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to AI delivery teams.
• Design and implement solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Search.
• Build RAG architectures, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Prompt Engineering solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems.
• Evaluate and operationalize LLMs based on performance, cost, latency, governance, and business requirements.
• Work with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Establish reusable AI frameworks, patterns, standards, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, risk, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, compliance, governance, and Responsible AI requirements.
• Lead POCs and prototypes and drive successful transition from experimentation to production-scale implementation.
• Participate in architecture and security reviews and incorporate feedback into production-ready designs.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with strong experience in enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Services, RAG, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, API integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience working with multiple LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
• Strong software engineering background with Python.
• Understanding of machine learning and data science fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Jira, ServiceNow, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, APIs, authentication, networking, cloud connectivity, and security controls.
