Job summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead with strong expertise in Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, RAG architecture, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using GPT models, prompt engineering, and intelligent information retrieval techniques.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Azure AI Search and RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and GPT models.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering and LLM integration.
• Experience with Arize AI or similar AI observability tools.
• Strong knowledge of AI model evaluation, monitoring, accuracy, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI security, governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable RAG-based AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize Azure OpenAI GPT-based applications.
• Build and maintain prompt engineering strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate AI model performance using Arize AI.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions
