Description

Lead the strategic development and implementation of data intelligence solutions using advanced AI and data science methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic approaches for data intelligence initiatives, leveraging specialist AI knowledge.
• Consult with stakeholders to assess risks and establish monitoring guardrails for AI systems.
• Lead innovation sessions to identify and validate proof of concepts that drive business value.
• Facilitate upskilling and knowledge transfer for data teams and broader organizational stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leadership to build business cases for sustainable and ethical AI adoption.

Required Skills

• MSc or PhD in a Data Science related field.
• 5+ years of experience applying AI and ML techniques in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and deep learning architectures.
• Experience experimenting with and testing diverse data products and AI solutions.
• Understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements for black box models and ethical data governance.
• Ability to apply judgment at an enterprise risk level.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including advising senior leaders and translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience changing operating models across process, organization, technology, and information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building business cases for ethical AI use.
