Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and guide the implementation of AI/ML and data engineering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Manage multiple AI/ML projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, and cloud engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud-native development best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technology experience, with 5+ years in team or project management.
• Proven expertise in Advanced Machine Learning, AI & GenAI, LLMs, Transformers, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and scalable system design.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks, Langchain, and building RAG Pipelines.
• Experience leveraging OpenAI API and Github Copilot in development workflows.
• Experience in data engineering and building scalable data pipelines.
• Excellent skills in technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
