Description

•             10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud architecture

•             Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services including:

• SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, Lake Formation

Proficiency in:

o             Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

•             Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools:

• AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation

Deep understanding of:

o             ML algorithms, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, model optimization

•             Proven experience building production-grade MLOps pipelines

•             Code Review & Engineering Leadership

o             Demonstrated ability to review, refactor, and improve developer code

Strong knowledge of:

o             Software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing practices

o             Experience mentoring teams and enforcing coding standards

Leadership & Advisory Skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders

Experience in:

o             Consulting, customer advisory, or enterprise architecture roles

o             Ability to translate technical concepts into business value

•             Design and build robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions on AWS

•             Develop AI systems aligned with AWS best practices and architecture standards

•             Lead hands-on engineering activities, including solution design and implementation

•             Review and improve code quality, system design, and engineering practices

•             Mentor teams and guide them on AI/ML and cloud engineering best practices

•             Support customers in their AI transformation journey

•             Provide technical oversight and leadership across AI initiatives

•             Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements
