Description

You will lead the design and delivery of generative AI solutions, ensuring secure, governed, and scalable implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive machine learning and AI project execution, including solution design and architecture.
• Implement modern GenAI agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Define security boundaries, model controls, and guardrails to prevent unverifiable outputs.
• Establish delivery governance, quality gates, and compliance criteria for release cycles.
• Integrate AI systems using MCP-style tool and data integration patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering.
• 4+ years driving Machine Learning and AI projects.
• Deep understanding of GenAI agentic designs and frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph).
• Experience with AI integration patterns, specifically MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Proficiency in cloud services: Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery tools, including JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
