Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML and LLM systems for a real-time voice-based AI agent.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve model performance.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs and transformer-based models using domain-specific data.
• Develop agentic AI systems capable of handling multi-step conversational workflows.
• Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Analyze model performance and drive continuous improvements through experimentation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting real-world patient interactions.
• Define best practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive innovation in conversational AI, voice AI, and machine learning technologies.

Experience Required:

• 5-8 years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Applied Research.
• Strong hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience working with LLMs, transformers, and conversational AI systems.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications and multi-step AI workflows.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade ML pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and ML development frameworks.
• Experience with Voice AI, Speech Technologies, or Healthcare AI is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience shipping AI/ML solutions to production and driving measurable improvements.

Education: B.Tech / Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field
