Lead the technical vision and delivery of AI/ML solutions in production while managing and mentoring an engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy for Large Language Model applications, including fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, ensuring robust deployment and production readiness.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using advanced prompt engineering.
• Build and mentor AI/ML teams, fostering technical growth and operational excellence.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
• 8+ years of management experience, with a focus on team building and technical leadership.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven expertise in RAG architectures and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated history of delivering AI/ML models to production environments (industry experience, not just research).
• Experience with agentic AI systems.
