Description

Lead the delivery of AI solutions, including recommendation systems, OCR pipelines, and productivity applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of intelligent voucher redemption and online shopping recommendation systems.
• Build and maintain OCR systems for processing invoices and business documents.
• Develop generic tools and frameworks for training, deploying, and monitoring AI models.
• Organize the AI team to optimize resource allocation and maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service operations meet user expectations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in AI or relevant technical roles.
• 2+ years in a team lead or similar leadership position.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with Recommendation Systems and Computer Vision.
• Knowledge of NLP, specifically information extraction, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building and managing OCR pipelines.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Triton, and TF Serving.
• Experience writing APIs to wrap AI models.
