Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI features, including video-based search using LLMs, chatbot interfaces, and backend pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and ML components to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Lead cross-functional teams through program lifecycles from design to commercialization.
• Define engineering workflows, coding standards, and agile practices to improve delivery velocity.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Cloud Platform, and Security teams to align architecture and priorities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a team leadership or management role.
• Proficiency with Python and Node.js.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud-native development (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, transformers, and RAG.
• Proven track record of shipping ML/AI-enabled products in production environments.
• Experience managing full-stack development projects.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an MBA.
• Experience in IoT, video intelligence, or consumer electronics/smart home sectors.
