Description

You will design and deploy AI and LLM solutions to support global product and engineering objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML models to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with global teams to architect AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Analyze user behavior on existing solutions to implement AI/ML driven enhancements.
• Build and implement complex NLP models and Agentic AI workflows.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of professional engineering experience.
• 3+ years in Natural Language Processing and machine learning.
• Deep knowledge of NLP techniques including embeddings, attention mechanisms, and sequence-to-sequence models.
• Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to design and implement Agentic AI workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Java, LangChain, GPT-4, and Claude.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, HBase, Elastic Search, Pig, or Hive.
