Description

Design and build agentic AI ecosystems for complex enterprise applications using LLMs and reasoning frameworks.

You will design and develop agentic AI ecosystems using LLMs and reasoning frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, DSPy, CrewAI, Bedrock). Integrate AI agents with enterprise data systems (AWS Aurora, Snowflake, vector databases) and APIs for data retrieval and decision-making. Translate business requirements into autonomous agentic workflows in collaboration with data scientists and product owners. Implement observability and logging frameworks to track agent execution and performance metrics. Stay current on advancements in autonomous AI systems and cognitive architecture trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI ecosystems using LLMs and reasoning frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data systems (AWS Aurora, Snowflake, vector databases) and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into autonomous agentic workflows in collaboration with data scientists and product owners.
• Implement observability and logging frameworks to track agent execution and performance metrics.
• Stay current on advancements in autonomous AI systems and cognitive architecture trends.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture, including 2+ years in LLM or agentic AI development.
• Expertise with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript for backend orchestration and API development.
• Familiarity with LLMs and APIs from OpenAI (GPT-4/5), Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.) and embedding-based retrieval.
• Strong understanding of RAG, tool-use, and multi-agent communication paradigms.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and DevOps (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data lakes).
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
