You will design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems, including agentic workflows and production optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune large language models, computer vision, and NLP models.
• Implement agentic workflows using modern orchestration frameworks.
• Optimize model performance for production environments.
• Analyze and implement techniques from recent research papers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong Python coding proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformer architectures.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and NLP.
• Experience with agent frameworks including LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker.
• Ability to read and interpret technical research papers.
