This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, monitor, and scale AI components, APIs, and loosely coupled applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and drive AI opportunities.
• Integrate security standards, test-driven development, and pipeline deployment automation into solutions.
• Own and support what you build, managing production issue triage and prevention.
• Mentor junior team-mates on measurement data and error logging.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of work experience in Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of work or educational experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, or Spark.
• Experience with AI frameworks including TensorFlow and Keras.
• Experience with AWS, including AWS SageMaker.
• Familiarity with GenAI technology stack, including prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience working with VectorDBs and data infrastructure for GenAI pipelines.
• Experience training and maintaining large language models.
• Experience working with Agile Software Development Lifecycles and DevOps/DevSecOps.
