Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure
Strong understanding of Generative AI and its real-world applications
Knowledge of Deep Learning, Neural Networks & NLP
Experience designing scalable and production-ready AI pipelines
Exposure to AI-powered chatbots and image processing
Ability to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions
Mentor junior team members and support team development
Work closely with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business requirements

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of relevant experience in LLMs / AI / ML
Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
Experience building enterprise-grade AI solutions
Ability to work across teams and take ownership of technical decisions
Strong understanding of production deployment and AI solution architecture
