Description

You will design and develop generative AI models and implement machine learning solutions within a healthcare context.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI models, including GPT, BERT, and diffusion models.
• Apply model optimization techniques such as quantization and distillation to improve efficiency.
• Integrate clinical terminologies and patient workflows into AI-driven solutions.
• Work with healthcare data formats including DICOM, FHIR, and HL7.
• Implement ethical AI practices and fairness metrics in model development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or related fields.
• Proficiency in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker, GCP AI, or Azure ML.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning generative models.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards like DICOM, FHIR, and HL7.
