Description

You will design and build advanced AI solutions to extract value from structured and unstructured data using Microsoft AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype Proof of Concept solutions focusing on OCR, NLP, LLM reasoning, AI agents, and AI Search.
  • Build RAG and GraphRAG solutions using both traditional and vector databases.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from use case formulation and research to build and testing phases.
  • Communicate complex analytical methodologies to non-technical audiences to support business decision-making.
  • Handle customer onboarding, use case vetting, and project retrospectives.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience building AI solutions over complex datasets, including data preparation and ingestion.
  • Proficiency in building RAG/GraphRAG solutions powered by LLMs.
  • Highly proficient in two or more languages: Python, PySpark, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure ML.
  • Software engineering experience applying DevOps principles, including Git, containers, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
