Description

You will develop, deploy, and operationalize machine learning and GenAI solutions to enhance clinical and operational decision-making in healthcare.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and train ML models for customer-facing healthcare workflows.
• Design end-to-end ML pipelines integrating AI capabilities.
• Develop LLM, RAG, and NLP-based solutions.
• Manage MLOps tooling such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with AWS services, specifically SageMaker and Bedrock.
• Hands-on expertise with RAG, NLP, and LLM technologies.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Background in healthcare data is preferred.
• Ability to operationalize models in production environments.
